Do you coordinate with the hotel we have chosen?
Yes. We take the hotel's technical contact, build-up hours and outdoor-space rules, then produce within that framework without putting you in the middle.
Can you run a congress for several hundred people?
Yes. Above two hundred attendees we always put online registration, QR badges and an agenda app in place: without them, check-in and workshops become unmanageable.
Do you deliver content during the event?
Yes. We can deliver photography and short formats each evening for publication during the event, then the full aftermovie after the edit.
