Via the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), company / organisation (optional), event services concerned (stands & scenography, supports & phygital, website & registration, event application, capture & live content), indicative budget in MAD, event description (date, venue, audience, needs), and anything you add voluntarily.
Purposes
Respond to your event request, follow up, qualify scope (physical, digital, capture), estimate budget, and prepare a proposal or quote when relevant. Data is not used for third-party advertising without your agreement.
Legal basis
Consent when you submit the form and legitimate interest in handling inbound requests related to our event services, under Moroccan law 09-08 on personal data protection.
Retention
Kept as long as needed to handle your request and any related commercial follow-up, then archived with restricted access per legal obligations. Deleted or anonymized afterwards.
