Above two hundred attendees, the difficulty is no longer scenography but the flow of information: who attends which session, where it is held, what changed since yesterday. So we treat registration, agenda and signage as one system, fed by a single database.
Parallel sessions, speakers and proceedings
Each attendee builds their own track at registration and finds it in the app, with a notification if a room changes. Speakers get a dedicated channel for their slides, and every room is filmed to produce the proceedings and replays after the congress.

Frequently asked questions
Do you handle registration by session?
Yes. Attendees pick their sessions at registration, with quota management per room. The badge and the app reflect that track, and room access is checked by scan.
Can you film several rooms at once?
Yes. We set up a control position per room capturing both speaker and slides, then deliver replays per session plus a summary edit.
Do you provide proceedings after the congress?
We deliver replays sorted by session, speaker-approved presentations, and a written or video summary, depending on what the brief specifies.
