Corporate seminar organisation
Bringing your teams together once or twice a year without logistics taking over from content.
Content first, logistics second
A seminar is judged on what attendees remember, not on the buffet. So we start from the agenda — what has to be announced, debated, decided — then build around it: room, scenography, pacing of the talks, and material that stays useful after the day.
Informed attendees, equipped speakers
Every attendee gets their registration, agenda and timings on their phone, with a notification if anything changes. Speakers get a consistent presentation format and a control desk that handles the running order, which removes the ten minutes lost between two talks.

Frequently asked questions
Do you find the venue?
We propose venues matching your headcount, budget and target city, then coordinate the one you choose. If you have already booked, we take over the existing technical file.
How long does organising a seminar take?
Four to six weeks is enough for a one-day seminar. A two or three-day residential format needs eight weeks, mainly because of venue availability and transfers.
Are your quotes in dirhams?
Yes, all quotes and invoices are issued in Moroccan dirhams, itemised by line: production, digital, filming and printing.
