Do you manage table seating?
Yes. The seating plan is linked to the guest list: when the badge is scanned at the door, the host immediately sees the assigned table, which removes queues and seating errors.
Do you handle catering and entertainment?
We coordinate suppliers — caterer, DJ or band, technical, security — on the same running order as our own production. You keep one contact for the whole evening.
When do we receive the photos?
A selection is delivered within 24 hours for internal communication or social media; the full gallery and the video edit follow within a few days.
